NYC's Fastest Growing Gaming Convention

In 2017, Play NYC opened its doors to thousands of game creators and players, offering exclusive scoops on forthcoming video game releases, panel discussions with developers and networking events. Fast becoming the city's hottest gaming convention, the two-day event returns for an even bigger 2018 run, moving to the Manhattan Center to accommodate even more attendees and expand the interactive facet of the festival.

Keeping its focus on both the New York gaming industry, local developers and the international community, the expo will include four floors inside the historic Hammerstein Ballroom, housing showcases and live streaming of cutting edge mobile, console, PC, tabletop and VR games. Last year, one of these games was Star Catcher VR, which got people to use real nets to try to catch floating lights that hung above them! Prepare for a fantastic day of sensory delight and the latest in gaming innovation.
