I don't consider myself a theatre man myself; I was sort of dragged to the theatre. But I was blown away by this show! It is a must-see: phenomenal acting especially by Clive Owens. A very interactive, fourth-wall breaking performance, M. Butterfly will leave you laughing, crying, and confused. It is a very emotionally complex play that explores the human psyche and self-discovery. Don't take your kids, though; it's a fairly explicit play. Excellent production, 5 stars!

Amazing!!! Period.

I was so moved by this production of M. Butterfly - the stellar acting, especially Clive Owens; directing by Julie Taymor; set design, timing, music. I felt the entire theater was in their capable hands. Best play I’ve seen since Hamilton!

It was an incredible performance across the board. The set design and transitions throughout were seamless and really kept things moving in a really nice way. Was such a moving performance.
