My wife & I are about to depart Auckland, New Zealand to visit NYC for Springsteen on Broadway. A long trip for sure but one that caps off 35 happy years following Bruce's wonderful contribution to the arts and culture, and our personal lives! Thank you Bruce.

I guess it goes without saying that it was an awesome awesome show! That being said, I had an extremely hard time not singing along and keeping myself composed on the chair! I have been trained over the last 30 some years of concert s by Bruce himself to sing-along, harmonize, and dance. None of the above seemed encouraged in this setting. There were definitely times where I feel a little harmonizing from the audience would have been a good thing. But the stories, his voice and acoustic versions of his song choices were as mesmerizing, tantalizing, energizing, and spiritualizing, as ever! Well done Bruce! The lighting was awesome too! On a side note we had the highest row and furthest corner seats. Could still hear and see fine but I am pretty sure Bruce never looked to the rafters once until the end. It had the "living room feel" but for the lower level.
