One of the best places I have ever seen - no surprise with a dynamic duo of Aaron Sorkin and Jeff Daniels. Time flew by. Amazing and relevant and well played by literally EVERY cast member. Run to this.

Highly Recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed this. Solid cast, with Scout anchoring the entire production. Unlike some others, I liked Sorkin’s “take” and “tweaks,” and actually (while some may find this blasphemous) thought Jeff Daniels was better Atticus than Gregory Peck. I usually enjoy musicals way more than dramas, but highly recommend this one, particularly with this cast (note: Bob Ewall was played by an understudy).

Great presentation except for one distraction

Jem is too old in present and reflection. He seemed mid20’s on both times. His reflection back to the pre-teen events should have been more adolescent, particularly the voice and tenor when arguing with Atticus a breaking voice or costume change would help. Scout managed to do both roles and was Great!!

I wasn't wowed like everyone else -- and the box office sales suggest

It was o.k. It just didn't grab me emotionally. Maybe I am still in high school (in my mind) reading the book for the first time. Jeff Daniels was excellent but I found the casting of the "kids" with adults to be disconcerting and I never got over it.

Left disappointed

Saw this on Broadway. Thought Jeff Damien’s was ok. Thought the the kids were candy too old. Scout is supposed to be 13. The adult actress playing her was just that, an adult pretending to be a youngster. Story was ok, but didn’t elicit empathy for the characters. Felt like a production still in the rehearsal stage.

Biggest Broadway Disappointment

If you are a fan of To Kill A Mockingbird, book and/or movie as I am you too will be sorely disappointed. The book's timeline was altered as was the story. The set was bare and moved between scenes by the actors. The roles were miscast and poorly executed. I left at intermission.
