Noted Medical Reporter And Correspondent

Neurosurgeon and medical reporter Dr Sanjay Gupta will host a talk for one night in New York. The award winning CNN medical correspondent has reported on health care reform, drug use, fitness, the Ebola outbreak and natural disasters.

His reporting on the 2005 disaster Hurricane Katrina earned him one of his Emmys for Outstanding Feature Story in a Regularly Scheduled Newscast. Dr Gupta is at the front and center of CNN's reporting on health and medical news which he has been successfully hosting since 2001. The neurosurgeon has also performed brain surgery and saved lives from an operating room from a desert in Baghdad while reporting, and helped to save an injured 12 year old girls life while covering the 2010 earthquake in Haiti.
