John Fogerty

John Fogerty at Bethel Woods Center For The Arts

Why see John Fogerty?

Fortunate Son

Founder member of Creedence Clearwater Revival, John Fogerty's unmistakable growl was a staple of American radio during the 60s, on tracks like Bad Moon Rising, Proud Mary and the anti-Vietnam war anthem Fortunate Son.

Selling millions of records worldwide, the group disbanded in 1970, at which point Fogerty pursued a highly successful solo career, penning hits including Old Man Down the River and Rockin' All Over the World (later made famous by Status Quo).

Don't miss Fogerty when heads out on tour across the country, bringing his talents a stage near you.

Just Great

Prior reviewers have covered the vibe and the song selection...impeccable. I have always contended that John Fogarty is one one the most underrated guitar players of his generation. The fun he was having and the joy of his music was infectuous. He is a man who has left his music business bitterness behind without surrendering his edge. ... Read more

Fogerty Brings Woodstock to Radio City

From the hippie dancers before the show to the confetti and pyrotechnics this show had it all. Fogerty and his band, including some of his family, played his hits from CCR to solo career plus as an extra bonus he played some songs from other performers who were at Woodstock. My wife, sister and brother-in-law were very grateful to me for the tickets. I got to see him and I couldn’t be happier!!! ... Read more

Outstanding!

Fans of all ages were on their feet for the entire concert rocking to songs that influenced generations. Fogerty brought out fans that haven't been to concerts in years as well as fans with grown up children and children attending the event together. With non-stop energy, John ripped through song after beloved song as well as a few new ones. His band, including his son, were given time to highlight their incredible talent as well. Included on the large screen were pictures and video of John and America in the 60's and 70's making you feel like you were "there" all over again. John promised to come back to Saratoga and his devoted fans will be there waiting! ... Read more
