Why see The Piano Guys?

The Piano Guys Return

From Bach to Bruno Mars, The Piano Guys have made a name for themselves as one of the decade's foremost blenders of pop, rock, film scores and more with the best of classical music. Known for both their snazzy YouTube channel (over one billion views and counting) and their six chart-topping studio albums, an evening with this multi-talented group is always an unparalleled delight!

Though their composition of piano and cello may draw on a classical audience, their mashups of contemporary and classic songs have propelled them to proper crossover success.

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! Come back to Westbury SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!

An extremely enjoyable evening with beautiful music from extremely talented musicians!!! I loved when Jon Schmidt and the cellist played their solo tunes - they make beautiful music as a duo, but I also loved hearing them showcase their instrument in isolation. I was thrilled that Jon played "I saw three ships" - his arrangement is gorgeous and i was deeply moved by his music. I only wished they had played more individually as well. But I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the show - loved when all of the piano guys came out for 2 encores - and I really hope they come back to Westbury very soon! Thank you for a truly memorable evening!!! ... The Piano Guys - Unforgettable

The Piano Guys are an inspiring, entertaining, and amazingly talented duo that leaves an unforgettable impression upon the soul. I love the lights, videos, effects, and beautiful composition of pure art. Jon & Steve are very funny in their banter and wit. I was very impressed to see local talents of high school pianists & bagpipers in the performance! Well done. Thanks from Buffalo! ... Read more

Enjoyable but didn't move me like the videos

Went to see PIano Guys on 12-11-13 at Westbury. The 2 main musicians are very talented and I appreciated their banter that let their personalities shine through, as well as the mixed in youtube videos, however there were several things that could have been improved. There was way too much overdubbing of the background music that didn't allow the live music to be appreciated. The best parts of the concert were when I could hear the piano and cello echoing through the room in isolation from the prerecorded parts. Also the ushers did not stop people from recording or taking pictures despite the warning, which was very distracting. Overall it was enjoyable though. ... Read more
