Bachtrack
New York Philharmonic Orchestra are joined by the talents of violinist Joshua Bell for a magnificent rendition of Dvorak's mesmerizing Violin Concerto. Masterfully blending Bohemian folk melodies with the classical form, the piece was premiered in 1883 and has become a favorite in the violin repertoire.
This is followed by Tchaikovsky's dynamic Fourth Symphony, a powerfully emotive work that explores themes of fate and resilience. Known for its dramatic intensity, the work was written in dedication to his patroness Nadezhda von Meck. Conducted by Daniele Rustioni, don't miss this most exhilarating concert!
