You will probably come to - if not like - then feel personally invested in the four self-sabotaging New Yorkers so completely embodied here by Michael Cera, Chris Evans, Brian Tyree Henry and Bel Powley

Chris Evans makes his Broadway debut in this THREE time 2018 Tony nominated drama
Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World co-stars Chris Evans and Michael Cera reunite on stage in this revival of Kenneth Lonergan's Lobby Hero. The opening show of 2econd Stage Theater's inaugural Broadway season, it's the first Lonergan play to be staged on Broadway since the playwright's Oscar-winning success with Manchester by the Sea in 2016. Nominated for one 2018 DRAMA DESK Award and three 2018 TONY Awards including Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role for Michael Cera.
Previously seen Off-Broadway in 2001, Lobby Hero is a fascinating blend of comedy, drama and muder mystery, set in the hotel lobby of a New York apartment building. The building's security guard and his supervisor become embroiled in a murder case, as two cops turn up looking for answers about an alibi.
Best known to the world as Marvel's chiselled superhero Captain America, Chris Evans has slowly but surely become one of Hollywood's most bankable stars. While he may spend a lot of screen time saving the world alongside his other Avengers co-stars, Evans also relishes smaller indie projects, with memorable turns in Snowpiercer, The Iceman and Before We Go to his name.
Michael Cera carved out a niche early on in his career as the movies' most sensitive and awkward leading man, in films like Superbad and Juno. This won't be his first time leading a Kenneth Lonergan play - he starred alongside Kieran Culkin in 2014's Broadway staging of This Is Our Youth.
Jeff is a crumpled but lovable slacker, working as a security guard at a Manhattan apartment building. His go-getting supervisor William is constantly reprimanding him for his work ethic, but also holds real affection for Jeff. The pair find themselves suddenly under scrutiny when William is named by his brother in an alibi in a murder case. Enter into the picture two cops, veteran Bill and rookie Dawn. Stretched out between these four characters is a complex web of differing loyalties and romantic infatuations, meaning that when it comes to corroborating the alibi, the truth may not be so important.
