After a hugely successful world premiere run in Atlanta, the musical adaptation of Water for Elephants is making its Broadway debut in 2024. The show utilizes the book by Rick Elice, which in turn is based on Sara Gruen's original novel, and features music and lyrics by the PigPen Theatre Co. Tony-nominated Jessica Stone will be taking the directorial helm. The stunning musical comes complete with clowns, aerialists, jugglers, and more to give the true circus experience!

What Is The Story?

Veterinary student Jacob Jankowski runs away after a life-changing tragedy fills his world with grief. He stumbles upon a circus and his reality is transformed in a way he could never imagine.

A Great Show Don't Miss it

This is an amazing show that combines talented actors/singers, skilled acrobats and very creative staging. There is just enough of the book to make the story line work. 2 for the Price of 1 ticket

You are seeing a circus and a Broadway show. The acrobats and dancers are the best part of this show. I found myself holding my breath for many moments but was just in awe of their talent. The dance numbers are very athletic and as I dancer, I appreciated the choreography. The songs are have clever lyrics but you do not have a strong anthem for this show.
