Priscilla Queen Of The Desert

Priscilla Queen Of The Desert at Palace Theater

Why see Priscilla Queen Of The Desert?

Based on the Oscar award-winning film, Priscilla tells the story of Tick, Bernadette and Adam, a glamorous Sydney-based performing trio that agree to take their show to the middle of the Australian outback.

Priscilla is a heart-warming, uplifting adventure of three friends who hop aboard a battered old bus (nicknamed Priscilla) searching for love and friendship and end up finding more than they could ever have dreamed.

With a dazzling array of outrageous costumes and featuring a score of dance-floor classics, this wildly fresh and funny new musical is a sensational journey to the heart of fabulous.

Going Again!!

Even though the play has some 'course language' I am taking my 2 nieces - those parts are very brief and the rest of the play makes up for it. I saw it in previews last weekend and it was so much fun - there was not a dull moment in the whole play!! The costumes, singing, stage, and the actors were all amazing and I may even go a third time! : ) I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to enjoy a great Broadway play and go home feeling happy - and glad they chose Priscilla Queen of the Desert!! We sat in the Mezzanine and still enjoyed it, but next time we'll be right up front!! ... Read more
