From New York With Love

Roll up, roll up! The greatest showman himself is live in the Big Apple! Hugh Jackman

Aussie Hugh Jackman might be best known to the wider world for his legendary role as gruff knife-fingered X-man Wolverine, but it's Broadway and musicals where he really shines. First taking to the international stage back in 1998 in the West End's Oklahoma! (gaining an Olivier nomination in the process) his next stage role was in 2003, debuting on the Great White Way in The Boy From Oz, bagging him his first Tony Award. Since then, he's gone on to balance film roles with live tours and performances, winning a few more major awards along the way, including an Emmy or two, a Grammy, and the Tony Award for Excellence in Theatre.

Last seen on Broadway in 2021's The Music Man, this residency marks a welcome return for Jackman, and is set to be the season's most in-demand event - do not miss out!

Hugh Jackman is Truly The Greatest Showman!

What. A. Show. I laughed, I cried, I had chills. I was in absolute awe from start to finish. Hugh Jackman doesn’t just perform; he radiates. This wasn’t a concert. It was an experience. What sets Hugh apart is his talent, humility and joie de vivre. He lights up the stage with genuine warmth and takes the time to connect with the audience. You can tell he doesn’t take a single moment for granted. He loves what he does, and it’s impossible not to love him for it. He’s not afraid to try something new, even if it doesn’t go perfectly (like the jump rope… lol). But that’s part of what makes him so fun to watch. He goes for it. Every time. Whether it’s a movie, a play or a concert, he throws himself into it completely right to the tip of his fingers. And I admire him for it. This show has it all: vocals, dancing, stories, humour, heart. It’s all there. It’s a must-see event. The show reminds of what a pure, passionate, joyful performance looks like.
