Why see Bad Religion and Social Distortion?
punk icons
Two absolute icons of punk rock, Bad Religion and Social Distortion, join together for a huge spring co-headline tour in 2024! Both bands are bonafide legends who brought the Southern California movement to a wider audience. More than just music, the two bands were part of a scene that genuinely changed culture and now, over 40 years since the first time they played together, catch both live on the same bill once more.
Bad Religion
Drawing inspiration from their punk forebears The Ramones, along with acts like The Beatles and Elvis Costello, Bad Religion were always one of the genre's more melodic and upbeat groups. A fairly underground group in their first decade, Bad Religion found themselves beneficiaries of the Nirvana-led alt. rock boom of the early '90s and released a string of acclaimed albums, including Generator and Stranger Than Fiction to ever greater success.
Social Distortion
Social Distortion are still just as raucous, riotous and rebellious as they were when they first burst onto the L.A. Punk scene in 1978 and it seems their live concert-going fan base hasn't changed either; mosh pits still regularly spring up at gigs! Expect anti-establishment anthems, rock 'n roll guitar solos and copious tattoos.
