Beetlejuice Is Closing On Broadway!

Author ScarletScarlet, September 21st, 2022

Everyone's favorite demon will be bidding farewell to Broadway in 2023.

It feels like we're saying goodbye to so many Broadway shows lately - and now Beetlejuice is joining the roster. But it won't be the last we see of our green-haired friend, as he's hitting the road on a 26-city tour starting in December.

That gives you 16 weeks left to see Beetlejuice on Broadway! And unfortunately, saying Beetlejuice three-times won't bring him directly to your doorstep (we tried) - but you can buy tickets via our marketplace and be part of an original Broadway musical before it closes.

Though, we have heard there is one way to bring Beetlejuice into your home - throughout the month of October, Beetlejuice will be hosting weekly costume competitions, MAC cosmetics content, limited merchandise giveaways and TikTok/Digital content galore! So even though he's closing, Beetlejuice is making sure he lives on... we're not surprised!

Beetlejuice opened on Broadway in 2019 where it garnered eight Tony award nominations. And we all know what happened after 2019... 2020 - which saw every Broadway show shut down. Beetlejuice used social media to keep fans entertained, which worked massively in their favor as when it reopened at Marquis Theatre there was no seat left untouched.

Make sure you don't miss Beetlejuice's final Broadway performances and book your last chance tickets today!

WHAT IS BEETLEJUICE ABOUT?

Lydia Deetz has an odd obsession, death, and an even odder talent, talking to ghosts. So when her family moves into a haunted mansion it's Lydia's time to shine. As the previous occupiers, Adam and Barbra (who are now dead) try to scare the new proprietors out of their beloved home, with no prevail, they call upon the mischievous and stripe loving Beetlejuice to their aid...
