Powerful, moving

Brantley's jaded, unperturbed reaction notwithstanding, this is an unforgettable piece of theater, extraordinarily moving, superbly well-cast, acted by all with wizardry, and with perfect-pitch direction. Many in my March 16 audience wept; everyone rose at the end in a sustained standing ovation. NEED TO SEE!!! True to the original

While there are many great plays to see in NY, this is one that should be on the top 3....we loved the theatre and the actors, Philip, Linda, Andrew, Finn, and many others were AWESOME. We were so glad we flew to NY (from TX) to just see this play. The issues in the 40's still apply today, especially with what we all endured with the downturn of the economy. ... Read more
